You will have to plan for tomorrow. The first thing to do is start giving yourself affirmation. Set up areas in your house where you can see the affirmation throughout the morning before work and when you come home from dinner. Write a note here and there that brings positive thoughts. Place a huge screen saver message for you to see every time you turn on the computer. Basically do whatever it takes to give yourself the affirmation needed to change your life.

For instance, let’s say you wan to lose weight. It doesn’t matter how much or what you’re goal to lose is, if you think you’re overweight, then you’ll stay that way. This means there is a need for positive affirmation to change that inner voice in to believing you can lose as much weight as you need. If we can train you to repeat the message of positivity over and over again, the results will be evident.
